Submission of written material

Any written material to be submitted to the Company (Splendid Books Limited) should be submitted via an agent or legal representative. Any unsolicited material is accepted by the Company strictly on the basis that parties submitting material acknowledge and accept that:- • the Company may be working on similar ideas or proposals at the time of submission or in the future ; • the Company may receive similar ideas from other third parties; • Ideas in themselves are not protectable and that unless the Company uses the text of any written material submitted to it in breach of copyright, the Company shall not be liable for developing or producing book ideas similar to those submitted to the Company on an unsolicited basis.
